Condominium & BTO Flat Moving Services

Condo and BTO moves come with MCST permits, lift reservations, and moving-hour restrictions. We handle all of it — documentation, coordination, and vehicle clearance — so you don't have to chase building management. And that's how Wemove.

How Condo and HDB Moves Work

Condominium Moves: Condo moves require MCST admin clearance and strict adherence to moving hours (typically weekdays 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-1pm). Prior to moving day, unit owners must submit the MCST permit application, pay the security deposit, and coordinate any nominal lift padding reservation fees. We provide driver and vehicle details promptly so building management can approve your application and install protective lift padding before our crew arrives.

HDB BTO Moves: We plan arrival timing to avoid lift congestion, move swiftly from truck to elevator lobby, and coordinate around HDB open-air loading bays. No MCST hurdles.

Condo & BTO Move FAQs

Do you assist with MCST permits and security deposits?

Yes, we provide our vehicle registration details, driver names, and necessary corporate documents to help you secure your MCST move-in/move-out permit. Please note that condominium property management offices always require the refundable cash or cheque security deposit to be placed directly by the unit owner.

Are there truck height limitations for condominiums?

Yes. Many condominium basement carparks have tight height clearances between 2.1m and 2.4m, which prevents standard 14FT Box Trucks from entering the basement. In these cases, we deploy specialised low-roof 2.4M Vans or park at designated MCST outdoor loading bays and trolley items safely to the lift lobby.

How do you protect the elevator walls and communal areas?

For condominium moves, we align with building management guidelines for public pathway transit. For new HDB BTO flat acquisitions, elevator protection padding is typically installed by the HDB builders or estate developers during the initial key-collection period. Our crew concentrates on wrapping all of your individual furniture items in protective moving blankets to ensure they travel securely.
